Creativity is seeing familiar objects with a unique function.

The things we have access to now, only make sense because they are tangibly there. But the person who created it thought "what if there was something that could do ____", "what if a car could fly?", "what if carbon and contact wires could produce sustained energy?". These people saw properties and qualities in the familiar things around them, and utilized them into a more complex and convenient purpose.

Similarly, each object around us has unique properties that can be utilized and there are billions of combinations that have not become tangable in this world.
